It seems magical, but in fact it takes advantage of the loopholes—the existence of the phenomenon of "number-setting education" makes use of the incompleteness of part of the education information.
The reason why it is difficult to falsify is related to the lack of ID card and personal photo information in the academic certificate itself. The counterfeiter can “rejuvenate” or “make the old-style” blurring of the photos to get through.
To make a "set of academic qualifications", you first need to obtain academic information with the same name, but as early as 2013, the education department denied the problem of "a loophole in the academic qualification query website, which led to the disclosure of academic information".
How did the criminals obtain relevant information?
