China News Service, Hong Kong, February 9th (Reporter Wang Jiacheng) Li Zhiying, founder of Hong Kong One Media, was involved in fraud and violation of Hong Kong's National Security Law. After being refused bail by the Magistrates' Court earlier, he was granted conditional bail by the High Court.

The Department of Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region subsequently appealed the decision of the High Court, and the Court of Final Appeal granted permission to appeal and a temporary detention order.

On February 9, the Court of Final Appeal pronounced a verdict on this case, and the Attorney General's appeal was straightforward, and Li Zhiying must continue to be remanded.
