She emphasized that the reform is to replace the general education subject with a new subject, which covers understanding of Hong Kong, the country and the world. The name of the new subject is still to be confirmed after discussion.

She also pointed out that the acceptance of this reform is high, and the SAR government will also provide relevant training for teachers.
