Kurashiki City and Okayama City also announced that one person was confirmed to be infected.
A total of 2409 people have been confirmed to be infected in the prefecture.
Meanwhile, Okayama City announced that one person who had been infected with the new coronavirus was confirmed dead.
This brings the total number of deaths in the prefecture to 26.
