It was in October 2019 on the RFI antenna, the words of Haitian President Jovenel Moïse who defended himself from clinging to his presidential mandate because for him, everything was clear: it would end in 2022. Except that the opposition and a good part of civil society have a very different analysis since according to them, the mandate should end this Sunday, February 7.
