The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare is a new system that subsidizes wages up to 12,000 yen a day in order to expand the "enrollment type secondment" in which employees are seconded from a company whose business performance has deteriorated while maintaining employment to another company. Was set up.

“Enrollment-type secondment” is to send employees to another company while maintaining the employment contract, and it is spreading as an effort to protect employment as the effects of the new coronavirus are prolonged.

The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has newly established an "Industrial Employment Stabilization Subsidy" for both companies that have temporarily sent employees due to poor business performance and those that have accepted them.

Specifically, 100,000 yen per employee will be subsidized to both companies as expenses for education and training and equipment maintenance to promote secondment.

If companies such as aviation, food and beverage, and lodging, which are particularly affected by the spread of the infection, send employees or accept them from different industries, an additional 50,000 yen will be subsidized per person.

As for wages, etc., for the secondment from the 1st of last month, up to 90% for small and medium-sized enterprises and up to 75% for large enterprises will be subsidized up to 12,000 yen per day for both companies.

It means that a company can receive up to 500 seconded subsidies in a year.

The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare says, "Since the related organizations also provide free support for matching between the seconded company and the seconded company, I would like you to utilize the subsidy system to maintain employment."
