Culture Minister Enas Abdel Dayem said in a statement that the late "has many patriotic stances that are a model of devotion to the homeland and art, so millions loved and respected him."

Al-Alayli was born in Cairo in 1934 and graduated from the Higher Institute for Dramatic Arts in 1960. Among the most important works of Izzat Al-Alayli is his role in the film The Land directed by Youssef Chahine, and in the film “The Choice” by the same director, and his starring in the film “Saqqa Matt” by Salah Abu Seif, and my film “The Road” To Eilat ”and“ People of the Summit ”.

In the field of television drama, the late presented many series.

Al-Alayli mourned a number of Egyptian artists on social media.

At the forefront of those who said goodbye to Al-Alayli, his companion in his most famous movie "The Road to Eilat," was the star Nabil Al-Halafawi, who described the news of Al-Alayli's death as "shocking", praising the history of the hero of the movie "The Earth."

Al-Halafawi wrote: "Shocking news, despite the long life, because we did not hear about a disease that preceded it ... Farewell to the great artist, Izzat Al-Alayli ... a history that began with struggle."

The artistic house of the theater said in a statement that Al-Alaili "presented to the theater a group of distinctive plays, including (The Good Man), (Shadow Fantasy), (Age is a Moment) and (Tamer Hanna) (Welcome to Bakwat) and (Goodbye, Bakwat).


The deceased was awarded the Medal of Sciences and Arts in 2014, and was honored by the Dubai Film Festival in 2015, and the Alexandria Film Festival for the Mediterranean countries gave him its last session.

The star, Hend Sabry, said: "We lost a person and a great artist who presented some of the most important works that formed our cinematic consciousness."

Meanwhile, Dora affirmed that Egyptian and Arab cinema "lost a great artist who is aware of the issues of Egypt and the Arab world."

Among those who mourned Izzat Al-Alayli, the artists: Muhammad Sobhi, Ilham Shaheen, Nermin Al-Fiqi, Muhammad Imam, Fathi Abdel Wahab, Ahmed Fahmy, Edward and others.
