There are more and more of us, we all need to eat and for that we need water.
Healthy water, the quantity of which is suited to individual farming systems.
It has always been a headache, but with climate change disrupting rainfall cycles, water scarcity risks becoming a nightmare in many parts of the world.
The Middle East is particularly concerned.
