On February 4th, the 141-year-old teahouse "Tao Tao Ju" head office located on the Tenth Fu Road, Liwan District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, after about two and a half years of renovation, reopened to welcome guests on the occasion of the Spring Festival of the Year of the Ox.

The modern and simple new Chinese style, the colorful Lingnan glazed windows, the antique Xiguan garden landscape, and the classic brick wall eaves... The store is as old as the old, and it has a strong Lingnan Cantonese flavor everywhere.

It is reported that Tao Tao Ju is a "China Time-honored Brand" and "National Special Class Restaurant", and its head office is also a "Guangzhou City Registered and Protected Cultural Relic Unit."

As one of the most famous teahouses in Guangzhou, Taotaoju's main store opened during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. The inscription "Taotaoju" on the plaque in the lobby of the teahouse was written by Kang Youwei.
