An associate professor in his 50s working at Juntendo University's hospital was arrested by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department for voyeurizing the inside of a high school girl's skirt on the streets of Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo.
In response to the investigation, he stated that he had been voyeur for more than 10 years.
The person arrested was Masashi Takanashi, a 51-year-old senior associate professor at Juntendo Clinic attached to Juntendo University School of Medicine.
According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, it is suspected of violating the Tokyo Metropolitan Anti-nuisance Ordinance for taking a voyeur in the skirt of a high school girl who was waiting for a signal on the street in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo last October.
A passerby who saw the victim putting his shoes under his feet reported that "there is a person who seems to be taking a voyeur", and a police officer who rushed to ask Associate Professor Takanashi who was near the scene. However, he admitted that he took a voyeur with a small camera attached to his shoes.
The seized smartphones and other devices store multiple images that appear to have been voyeurized, and the Metropolitan Police Department investigated the details of the investigation by stating that they had been voyeurizing for more than 10 years. I am.
