The storm Justine and its downpours on Monday mourned the small town of Saint-Martin-Labouval, in the Lot.

France Bleu Occitanie confirms that a septuagenarian was found dead in her house after a landslide.

The alert was given in the middle of the afternoon and it was not until around 9 p.m. that the specialized firefighters were able to clear the body of this inhabitant.

She lived alone in her house built on the side of a hill and partly collapsed by a flood of mud and rubble.

The Lot department remains on orange alert to floods this Tuesday.

The alert concerns the Lot, Célé and Dordogne rivers.

The prefecture calls for extreme caution around them, on foot or by car.
