On February 1, two male and female Asian small-clawed otters from Nanjing Underwater World met with the public.
The two little otters were born in May 2019. They were independently artificially bred by the brothers of Nanjing Underwater World. Under the careful care of the breeders, the little ones jumped up and down, lively, funny and cute.
It is reported that the Asian small-clawed otters belong to the Mustelidae family and are of the genus Otter. They have short limbs, a brown back body, and a grayish-brown belly. They are good at swimming and diving. They have a keen sense of hearing, sight and smell, and are super flexible.
