Now he serves as the chairman of the Dasheng Pigua Men National Martial Arts Association, dedicated to promoting the development of martial arts, and is well-known in the Hong Kong martial arts community.

A few days ago, the reporter met Master Xian at the martial arts gym in Kwun Tong District, Hong Kong.

  When I was a child, I didn't have much interest in reading. I liked martial arts at that time.

Especially, when I was young, I liked to use my fists and kicks, and I was very good at winning. From that time on, I yearned for learning martial arts.

  [Explanation] Xian Linwo recalled that in the late 1960s, he worked as a waiter in the restaurant next to the Baile Theater.

In 1971, by chance, he met Chen Xiuzhong, the master of Shaw's red star Chen Guantai and master of the Great Sage Pihangmen. Since childhood, he has become a master of martial arts and learned martial arts.

In the Hong Kong martial arts world in the 1970s and 1980s, there were many martial arts and martial arts competitions prevailed.

Under the influence of his master, Xian Linwo had a good understanding of the principle of "learning martial arts before learning morality" when he entered the industry.

  Because my master is so funny, he said all day long, don't fight all day long, if you win, you won't have money, if you lose, you won't have face.

He said that fighting should be valued, and if you want to fight, you can go to the ring.

  [Explanation] People who practice martial arts will inevitably endure hardships. Recalling the hard times at the beginning of the journey, Xian Linwo seems to be vividly remembered.

  [Explanation] In addition to being willing to endure hardships, martial arts practice also tests people's perseverance. In order to exercise willpower and prevent one's negligence, Xian Linwo insists on running morning and evening every day.

No one raced with him, he even created a unique way.

  No one runs with me, so I chase the bus myself.

Then I raced with it to one station, or two stations.

Even if it is faster than me, it wants to drop off the passengers (arriving at the station), and I will chase after the passenger, and continue to run with it when it chases me.

This matter can be honed to my own strength and perseverance.

  [Explanation] With perseverance and hard-working spirit, Xian Linwo has been praised by his master and also recognized by the industry.

He has fought many classics including the 1983 decisive battle of Japanese kick boxing master and lightweight champion Suda Kant, and the battle of "Chinese boxing champion" Zhou Billy. He has also maintained a record of knocking down his opponent in 27 seconds, and has become famous in the industry. .

  [Explanation] In 1973, the sudden death of Kung Fu movie star Bruce Lee shocked the world.

While people regretted the untimely death of this martial arts master, they were also gratified that he put the real Chinese Kung Fu on the big screen and showed the world the charm of Chinese martial arts, which indirectly drove the unprecedented popularity of martial arts in Hong Kong.

At that time, the number of martial arts in Hong Kong surged to more than 1,000, and open arena competitions replaced martial arts competitions between schools. Hong Kong Kung Fu movies were all the rage.

It was in 1973, after winning the ring championship, when the film industry urgently needed a large number of martial arts actors, Xian Linwo formally signed a contract with a film company to get involved in the film industry.

  Filming was very hard at that time, because film (film) was used at the time. There were so many movements. The more you get, the longer your NG situation will increase. I remember that at that time, I shot "A Thousand Miles of Salvation." In one of the scenes, Xu Guanjie kicked me with a double fly on one side, and I fell to the ground with a "boom" and reacted by myself.

After kicking more than a dozen times, the bricks on the floor were all cracked, and finally forget it (the shooting is over), and I still use the first one.

  [Explanation] Nowadays Xian Linwo has grown from a junior apprentice in the martial arts gym to a well-known boxing master who opened his own boxing gym. For more than half a century, he has witnessed the development and change of Hong Kong's martial arts gym.

  In the past, there were more people in the lower class, who practiced martial arts.

But it has been changed to the present. Up to now, many people (who come to the martial arts gym) are very knowledgeable, and there are doctors and lawyers, and the current boxing competitions are hosted on a large scale and introduced many Foreign games are here.
