China News Service, Hong Kong, February 1st (Reporter Wang Jiacheng) Li Zhiying, founder of Hong Kong One Media Group, was charged with fraud and violation of Hong Kong’s National Security Law for the crime of colluding with foreign countries or endangering national security by foreign forces. He was involved in both cases. Refused to bail.

On December 23 last year, Li Zhiying applied for bail to the High Court for approval of the two merger cases.

On the 31st of the same month, the Department of Justice applied to the Court of Final Appeal for permission to appeal and detained Li Zhiying again. He was approved by the final court and Li Zhiying was remanded immediately.

The Court of Final Appeal opened at 10 am today (February 1) to hear the final appeal of the Department of Justice to clarify the meaning of Article 42 of the Hong Kong National Security Law.

Li Zhiying, who had been remanded for 32 days, was escorted by a prison car to the final hospital at 9:27 in the morning to attend the hearing.

On the morning of February 1, Li Zhiying arrived in the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal by escorting the prisoner vehicle.
