It is a new campaign targeting Dubai, not the first of its kind, and it certainly will not be the last. Whenever this city, which dazzled the world, achieves new success, the arrows turn to it, and the media war against it rages, and from the Western media itself, specifically the British, it launched a campaign Frenzied with Dubai during the global financial crisis, which portrayed the city as being on the brink of a pit of economic collapse, if it was surprised by Dubai's recovery faster than others, and if it was shocked that the bubble they were promoting would burst, it would become the kiss of the financial and tourism world, and achieve economic and financial numbers that were impotent Most of the cities in the world reported it!
It is not Dubai that caused the global financial crisis, but America and the West are the reason, yet Dubai has been affected, like other cities and countries of the world, economically and financially, and this is a natural thing given the universality of this city and its close connection with the West and the East, North and South, but it quickly recovered before it. All of them, and its economy returned strongly to achieving high numbers, in the economic and tourism movement, which made it crazy!
Today, history repeats itself, it is not Dubai that caused the spread of the virus, but the whole world knows that the new mutated strain of the virus, known to be rapidly spreading, has spread in Britain, and moved from it to many countries, very quickly, to the point that different countries of the world have stopped their trips. With London, and everyone sees the difficulty of the internal situation in Britain, and the weakness of the government administration in controlling the spread of the virus, yet the British media surprises us by attacking Dubai, instead of focusing on the internal situation that gets worse every day and night!
The virus is not what terrifies the English from Dubai, and it is not what they fear coming from it. The total number of infected cases there exceeded 3.7 million cases, and they are in a situation described by experts and specialists as "catastrophic". But what terrified the British, and for several years, is exceeding numbers Dubai has many economic and tourism activities, the figures of the capital, London, as Dubai International Airport surpassed the British London Heathrow Airport, which is ranked second in the list of the largest airports in the world, in terms of the number of international passengers, with more than 13.8 million passengers during the year before last. Dubai topped the list of the largest airports in the number of international travelers, for the fifth year in a row, with the increase in the number of passengers.
Many specialized international companies expect that Dubai will surpass London within four years, by the year 2025, in the number of international tourists, and confirm that Dubai remains at the forefront in the Middle East region in the fields of culture, tourism and shopping, and attracts thousands of tourists from all over the world, as This beautiful city is one of the most important investment destinations in the world recently, as this emirate is known for its unique commercial climate and strategic location.
This is what hurts them, and this is what bothers them, and this is the reason for the indiscriminate media campaigns against Dubai, as their minds never comprehend the entry and success of an Arab city on the global map of money, business, economy and tourism!
