The report pointed out that in January 2021, in the first-tier cities, the popularity of second-hand housing in the suburban areas around Beijing remained high, and the attention of Beijing's Miyun, Liangxiang, Changyang, Huairou and Beiqi sectors remained high; Pudong, Minhang and Fengxian The district is still a popular area in Shanghai.

Among the popular second-hand housing sectors in Guangzhou, Jinzhou, Xintang, Binjiang East and Science City have attracted attention; Shenzhen’s Longgang Central City, Xixiang, Dayun, Danzhutou and Shajing are the focus sectors.

According to statistics from the Shell Research Institute, in January 2021, the actual transaction volume of second-hand houses in 18 key cities increased by about 23% from the previous month.
