It has been confirmed that'casting director' Jo Mo, who filed a lawsuit against actor Park Eun-suk of'Penthouse', has had various disputes with various actors since long ago.

Mr. Jo said, "In the Kakao Talk group chat room where actors are gathered, Park Eun-seok damaged his honor by posting a false article stating that'A person who pretends to be a casting director calls actors to a drink, so you have to be extra careful.'" In December, a civil suit was filed with the Seoul Northern District Court.

Mr. Jo argued, "Park Eun-seok's agency admitted the mistake and revealed its intention to agree, and for a few months as an excuse for appearing in the drama'Penthouse,' he did not make a proper apology and compensation."

In response, Park Eun-suk's management agency has recently revealed a firm position that "we will appoint a lawyer to respond formally."

It was confirmed that Park Eun-seok was not the first to legally quarrel with new actors, broadcasters, and aspiring actors.

Mr. Jo sued Mr. A, a new female actor who is active in dramas and movies last year, for defaming his reputation by mentioning false facts about himself in a group room at Kakao Talk, and then went to Mr. A's house to make a fuss. In October 2020, the Seoul Northern District Court cited most of the sanctions against access filed by Mr. A.

In addition, the person who sued Kim Ho-young, a broadcaster from a musical actor in 2019, for sexually harassing him in a vehicle, was also confirmed as Mr. Jo.

In this case, which became a hot topic through several articles, the prosecution was not charged with Kim Ho-young at the time.

Then, Kim Ho-young sued Jo on charges of innocence, intimidation, and defamation, and this was also filed for fiscal filing after the appeal

. It was confirmed that there was also a history of being sentenced to imprisonment after having a dispute.

Announcer B asked for an agreement that he had inflicted damage by destroying the wedding pictorial contract he proposed, and at that spot, Jo threatened with a text message saying that he had been assaulted by Mr. B, and informed him of his unilateral position through a media interview. .

In the end, however, he was sentenced to 10 months in prison for defamation and innocence against Mr. B for filing a complaint containing false facts.

Prior to this, in 2011, Cho approached a 16-year-old middle school girl as an entertainer and was accused of continuing sexual assault, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the first and second trials, and was finally acquitted in the Supreme Court.

Since then, they filed a civil and criminal lawsuit against women again for innocence, but the court decided that the innocence was not established.

Jo did not respond to SBS Entertainment News' request for confirmation of facts regarding various legal disputes with actors and inquirers other than Park Eun-seok.

However, Mr. Jo said, "I submitted enough (proof) to the court that I had a formal contract as a casting director, and the other person who translated Park Eun-suk's writing was clearly recognized as false and was sentenced to a fine of 2 million rounds." In the case of biased broadcasting and exposure of identity, we will proceed with civil and criminal lawsuits against individual reporters.”
