Announcer Shin A-young opens a new chapter in his career by being elected as a director of the Football Association.



The Football Association held a general meeting of delegates on the morning of the 27th and announced the composition of the executive team with the inauguration ceremony of the 54th president of the Korea Football Association, Chung Mong-gyu (59), who began his third term.



Ewha Womans University Professor Hong Eun-ah (41), a former female international judge, was elected vice-chairman of the Korea Football Association (KFA) on the 27th. New women, including announcer Shin A-young, 34, have joined the board.



Amidst the unconventional executive team, Shin A-young's appointment is also drawing attention. Shin A-young, who graduated from Harvard University's Department of History, made her face known as an announcer at SBS ESPN and SBS Sports. He spoke English as well as German and Spanish, and he showed proficient interviews with overseas soccer players. He is also known as a fan of Liverpool FC and FC Seoul.



Since the pre-declaration in 2015, he has conducted various entertainment programs such as'Real Life' and'Welcome to Korea'.



Announcer Shin A-young, who had been raising the stock price as a broadcaster, was elected as a director of the Football Association and challenged a new field.



It is expected to revitalize the board of directors through professional knowledge and field experience accumulated during sports broadcasting activities.
