The Ministry of Emergency Situations recommends that car owners significantly reduce their speed and maintain a distance.
Pedestrians are advised to bypass billboards and wobbly structures, not to hide under trees.
Earlier, in Moscow and the Moscow region, a “yellow” level of weather hazard was declared due to severe icing.
