Every year at this time in Salzburg, Austria, Mozart's birthday is celebrated. This time, world-renowned pianist Jo Sung-jin will premiere a song that has not been released for nearly 250 years even after Mozart composed it.

230 years after Mozart's death, the music that had been asleep for a long time comes back to life at the fingertips of Cho Sung-jin.



It is a short song of Allegro in D major, 1 minute and 34 seconds, but with a concise beauty of form, the young genius Mozart's cheerful and elegant feeling is outstanding.



It is believed that Mozart wrote it in 1773, when he was 17 years old, and it was obtained by the Salzburg Mozart Association in 2018, and the related data were analyzed and released.

After winning the Chopin Competition for the first time in Korea, Jo Sung-jin, who has shown one of the best performances in the world, has enjoyed playing Mozart as well, becoming the protagonist of this performance held in Salzburg, Mozart's hometown.



This year's online Mozart Birthday Week kicks off with this performance by Jo Sung-jin, who also plays other Mozart songs.
