On January 27, at a press conference on the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in Beijing, Beijing Municipal Government Spokesperson Xu Hejian informed that from January 28 to March 15, people from low-risk areas in China must hold the Negative nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days before arrival in Beijing, health monitoring will be implemented for 14 days after arrival in Beijing, and nucleic acid test will be carried out every 7 days and 14 days.
During the health monitoring period, you can travel, work and live normally, and are not allowed to participate in various collective activities, and no meals or gatherings.

In principle, personnel who implement closed management in high-risk areas and the entire territory cannot enter Beijing.
Those who really need to enter Beijing must be approved by the local provincial epidemic prevention and control department, and can enter Beijing with a negative nucleic acid test within 72 hours.
After returning to Beijing from low-risk areas, if their place of residence is adjusted to a medium-high-risk area, the isolation and observation and nucleic acid testing measures shall be implemented in accordance with Beijing's epidemic prevention policy.

The city’s large supermarkets, major commercial complexes, vegetable markets, and express delivery outlets are operating normally, and various consumption promotion activities will be carried out under the premise of epidemic prevention and control; consumer vouchers will be issued to people in Beijing for the New Year; and catering stores, convenience stores, Business information such as laundry shops, barber shops, home appliance repairs, and other service activities such as preferential shopping, housekeeping services, sports and health.
