Among them are two people of determination ... and the father is unable to pay

21.3 thousand dirhams prevented 4 siblings from studying

The father of the four students: (Munther, Samira, Moaz, and Maitha) is unable to pay 21,317 dirhams, the tuition arrears for the past year, and he appeals to the good people to extend a helping hand to him to pay the amount, so that his children can complete their academic journey for the new year.

The father said to “Emirates Today”: “My son Munther studies in the tenth grade, and he is one of the people of determination, and his sister Samira is in the ninth grade. As for Moaz, he studies in the second grade, and he is also one of the people of determination, and Maitha studies in the third grade, and all of them have excelled in education. , And I am the only breadwinner for the family, and the financial conditions that I face are very difficult, and I am unable to manage the tuition arrears for them.

He added, "My material life has been affordable over the past years, and I receive a monthly salary of 3200 dirhams, from which I pay tuition fees for my four children, in addition to having a simple additional work through which I can pay the rent, and the rest of the amount goes to the requirements of daily life."

He added, "At the beginning of March this year, the monthly salaries and bonuses for all employees of the company I work were reduced due to the consequences of the Corona pandemic, and my salary barely covers the basic needs of the family."

He continued: “At the beginning of the school year, the school administration sent letters asking me to pay the tuition fee arrears, which amounted to 21,317 dirhams, and inform me that my four children will be suspended from continuing their studies for the current year, in the event of non-payment.”

He pointed out that it is difficult for every father to see his children deprived of their most basic educational rights, despite their superiority and diligence during their academic stages, and they do not know the reasons for preventing them from continuing their studies.

Reducing the father's salary, since March last year, has not made it possible to pay off arrears.
