The suspect Hu Mousheng is the person in charge of Wuhan Xin Mouyuan Construction Labor Service Co., Ltd. He served as the manager of the main construction project department of a community from June 2017 to August 2019. At the end of September 2020, Shanxi Youjia Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. ceased operations due to poor management. After the company went bankrupt, it owed a total of 11,8221.4 yuan to 9 employees including Chang.
The nine people repeatedly asked Shao for wages to no avail, and later reported to the labor security department.
After relevant departments intervened, Shao still refused to pay wages for various reasons.
At present, Shao Moumou is under criminal detention in accordance with the law on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration.
