A total of 3844 people have been confirmed to be infected in Gifu prefecture.
According to Gifu Prefecture and Gifu City, a man in his 90s in Gifu City died on the 23rd and a woman in his 80s in Yamagata City died on the 24th.
65 people died in Gifu prefecture.
