Nagano Prefecture has announced that it has been infected with the new coronavirus and that two patients who were hospitalized at medical institutions in the prefecture have died.
The death toll in the prefecture is now 28.
In addition, 24 new infections were confirmed, and on the 23rd, 26 new infections were confirmed, including the two already announced in Nagano City.
A total of 2155 people have been confirmed infected in the prefecture.
