There is a small passenger car registered in the city under the name of the individual and There are sales, scrapped passenger car transfer or deregistration information provided by the public security traffic control department (valid data information that can be applied to update the index) or the unused passenger car index within the validity period.
The registration requirements for the vehicle to be transferred out: it is in the normal state of registration in the public security traffic control department, that is, the vehicle is within the validity period of the inspection, and has not been stolen or mortgaged.
Recipient (transferee) application conditions: I do not have a small passenger car registered in this city under my name, but are the children or parents of the transferor (the registered owner of the vehicle), and the relative relationship has lasted for one year.
There will be no adjustment to the number of passenger cars in 2021, which will remain at 100,000.
Among them, 40,000 are general indicators and 60,000 are new energy indicators.
