  • Zenride offers companies to rent company bikes for their employees.

  • It is the employee himself who selects the bicycle of his choice, whether traditional, electric, cargo or even folding, in partner shops.

  • He can use the bike for his business trips, but also for personal travel.

Forget the company car, Zen Ride invented… the company bike!

This Parisian start-up, created in 2018, offers companies to rent bicycles for the trips of their employees.

This concept has just landed in Montpellier (Hérault), but has already won over some sixty companies, or a little over 600 employees, in some fifteen cities throughout France.

“This idea came to us from our experience as employees, a little frustrated in public transport, or even in car or scooter, explains Antoine Repussard, who created the company Zen Ride with two partners.

We then turned to our companies to find out how they could support us in terms of mobility that was more interesting for them, particularly in terms of carbon footprint, and more pleasant for us.

We realized that nobody offered that in France.

"

" Keys in hand "

A company wishing to green its fleet of vehicles or offer an alternative to polluting transport can offer its employees the choice of partner stores or an online store a bike that suits it, whether traditional, electric, cargo, or even folding, depending on how much it is willing to pay.

"Our service is turnkey, the company has nothing to manage," resumes Antoine Repussard.

All she has to do is accept the request or not and sign the contract.

"

The bike does not belong to the employee, nor to his employer, but it is rented to Zen Ride.

And it is not flocked with any logo.

The cyclist can obviously use it at will, for trips from home to work, for business trips, and even for rides.

And in the event of a problem, a battery problem, a puncture… Zen Ride takes care of everything.

Revisions, and insurance, are included.

Several large companies have already adopted the device in France, in particular Microsoft, Havas, Axa and even Veolia.

In Montpellier, Mutuelles du Soleil is among the first to offer this service to its employees.

"By making service bicycles available to our employees, we are pursuing a dual objective: the health of our employees and the health of our planet," says Françoise Linossier, director of human resources at Mutuelles du Soleil.

The company bicycle is an ecological solution to improve the well-being of our employees.
