The 70-year-old elderly insists on building a warm home for left-behind students in the community for 14 years

On January 21, Song Shufang, an elderly man in his seventies, played with the children in the dam.

In March 2007, in an old house on No. 28 Hou Street, Fushun County, Sichuan, Song Shufang assembled two dining tables into classroom desks, removed the door panels to make a blackboard, bought chalk, workbooks, and other teaching utensils in his house. A "caring tutoring class" was set up in the living room.

In the past 14 years, nearly 300 left-behind students from the community have come to the tutoring class. Mother Song's tutoring class has also become a warm home for the children.
