Fight day and night, make every effort to improve the efficiency of wellbore clearance operations, and strive to realize the wellbore penetration as soon as possible.
It is reported that the rescue of the accident faced problems such as deep mines, hard rocks, and difficulty in clearing obstacles.
The first is the depth of the mine. The 5 and 6 middle sections of the mine are 586.8 meters and 637 meters deep respectively.
The second is that the rock is hard, and the gold mine geology is mostly granite, making drilling difficult.
Third, it is difficult to clear obstacles. The power supply, air supply and drainage pipelines, and communication cables in the shaft are intertwined and superimposed, causing serious blockage. Experts predict that the blockage of the shaft may accumulate as it goes down, making the operation more difficult. .

As of 12:00 on January 22, there were 15 professional rescue teams and 1 fire rescue team, 569 rescuers and 381 rescue equipment.
The life maintenance monitoring channels, life rescue channels, drainage guarantee channels and auxiliary detection channels are advancing steadily.
Among them, No. 1 borehole continued to conduct life detection, and no signs of life were found temporarily; No. 3 borehole cementing and water stop operations were completed; No. 4 borehole was connected to the power source to realize bottom hole lighting, and to maintain smooth communication and feed delivery.
The physical condition, psychological condition and living environment of 10 miners in the middle section of the mine are good.
The miners continued to search for other trapped persons through laser pointer projection and loudspeaker shouting. The No. 1 borehole continued to lower the life detection equipment, and no information from the missing persons in the middle section of 6 and other places had been received.

At 14:00 on January 10, an explosion occurred at the Wushan Gold Mine of Shandong Wucailong Investment Co., Ltd. in Qixia City, Shandong Province, and 22 workers were trapped underground.
