Three years ago, a fire that killed five workers in a building under construction in Tama City, Tokyo, said that the Tachikawa branch of the Tokyo Regional Prosecutor's Office had not taken sufficient fire prevention measures for the two people in charge of the subcontractor. The indictment was made at home by Seiichi Masago (51), who was the safety and health manager of a subcontractor company that undertook the construction work from the second-tier general contractor "Ando Hazama", and the representative director of another subcontractor company. According to the complaint, in July 2018, five workers died and 37 people were injured in a fire in a building under construction in Tama City, Tokyo, and they used a gas burner to cut the steel frame. At that time, he was accused of accidental fatal injury in business, saying that he had not taken sufficient fire prevention measures to prevent the heat insulating material sprayed on the ceiling from catching fire.



The prosecution has not disclosed the approval or disapproval of the two.



In addition to this, four people, including the site manager of "Ando Hazama," were sent documents for the fire, but the prosecution did not prosecute any of them.
