To survive this unprecedented event, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard underwent couples therapy, "a refresher," as she explains to People, and it was "incredibly helpful."
“We each learned from each other because we couldn't leave,” she explained.
“Dax and I, when this pandemic started, were at a point in our marriage where we definitely needed a therapeutic upgrade,” she adds.

Glastonbury Festival is once again canceled
