  According to the announcement, Songyuan City is currently carrying out nucleic acid testing for all employees in the main urban area. This round of nucleic acid testing for all employees does not charge any fees. If you do not participate in the test due to personal reasons, you will pay for the test later.

  The circular pointed out that for those who fail to cooperate with investigations, sampling and inspections, in accordance with Article 51 of the "Regulations on Public Health Emergencies and Emergency Responses", the responsible persons shall be given administrative or disciplinary sanctions in accordance with the law; violations of the "Public Security Administration Penalties of the People's Republic of China" According to the Law, those who constitute a violation of public security management shall be punished by public security organs in accordance with the law; those who constitute a crime shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the law.

  The notice also stated that those who refuse to implement the decisions and orders issued by the people’s government in a state of emergency and who hinder the staff of state agencies from performing their duties in accordance with the law shall be punished in accordance with Article 50 of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Public Security Management Punishments Warning or a fine of not more than 200 yuan; if the circumstances are serious, detention for not less than 5 days but not more than 10 days, and a fine of not more than 500 yuan may be concurrently imposed.
