The police found through investigation that someone had set up a "cat pool" device in Bayannaoer Mobile to provide a channel for overseas telecommunications fraud gangs to make calls.

Based on a large amount of data, Baotou Railway Police arrested Wang, the suspect who illegally used the "cat pool" equipment, and other four people.

　　According to Wang Mou’s confession, they plug the "cat pool" equipment into their mobile phone cards every day, control the operation of the equipment through computers and wireless routers, set up a "fraud black cat", communicate with the online through mobile instant messaging software, and drive after receiving instructions The rented car went out and wandered, and checked the status of the mobile phone card at any time according to the online remote command, inquired about the cost of the mobile phone card, replaced and discarded the mobile phone card, etc. The daily salary was as high as four to five thousand yuan.
