[Explanation] 63-year-old Wang Hongbo is a teaching support teacher in Keba Village, Jinyuan Township, Hualong County, Haidong City, Qinghai Province. In 2012, Wang Hongbo learned from friends that there is a Tibetan village called Keba Village in Qinghai that is in urgent need of primary school support. Teacher, Wang Hongbo was keen to travel to villages in various parts of China, so he readily agreed. Wang Hongbo took a plane, train, and coach from his hometown of Beijing to Koba Village, Jinyuan Township, Hualong County, eastern Qinghai for three days.

Coba Village is located on the north bank of the upper reaches of the Yellow River, on the south side of the Laji Mountains. The natural environment is harsh. The villagers rely on the sky for food and traffic is blocked.

　　For me, I don’t have so many romantic ideas about the so-called support education. I came to teach them down-to-earth and provide them with some knowledge. If their knowledge is not good, I will change the way. I adopt There are many ways to inspire the language logic of the third grade and the mathematical logic of the fifth grade.

　　[Explanation] After Wang Hongbo came to Qinghai Dashan to teach, he had a deep relationship with the local Tibetan children. Looking at the big eyes who had never been in contact with the outside world, Wang Hongbo, who was planning to leave after a semester of teaching, decided to stay Come down and change the destiny of the children.

As Tibetan children can sing and dance, after two years of selection and rehearsal, in July 2015, Wang Hongbo organized and established the Remeng Keba Art Troupe, Jinyuan Township, Hualong County, Haidong City, Qinghai Province. "Ba" and other stage plays, hire professional teachers to teach, these children in the mountains are acting as actors, and they have performed in Beijing, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macau many times.

　　[Explanation] Wang Hongbo said that the establishment of the art troupe has made the children more and more confident. He hopes that the children can really get out of the mountains. Therefore, in 2020, Wang Hongbo conducted 81 days of cultural lessons for 20 children in Coba Village. Having performed on stage for many years, he has strong psychological resistance to stress. Of the 20 children who finally participated in the college entrance examination, 19 children all reached the undergraduate score for dance, with a maximum score of 570.
