Vyacheslav Volodin spoke on the eve of foreign interference in future elections to the State Duma.
It is clear that no one expects other scenarios for the development of events: as they intervened, they will continue to intervene, they simply cannot do otherwise.
I will quote the words of the Speaker of the State Duma: “If yesterday their interference in election campaigns in our country and other countries was covered by the need to introduce high standards of democracy based on our own experience, today it has become obvious to everyone that the United States of America itself does not have these standards.
Their electoral system is archaic.
There is no openness in it.
It is beyond the control of society.
There is no unified and effective institution of international election observers ”.
Moral right, about which the United States had doubts before, has now been completely lost.
I don’t know what degree of selective blindness one should have, that this is not noticed.
But does this mean that events will develop in some other way?
In no case - and even on the contrary!
One of the main qualities of the United States is a well-defined foreign policy, a harmonious general line, which never changes for them, no matter who formally sits in the White House.
And, as we can see, even Trump's weak attempts to correct something, in fact, did not lead to qualitative changes, but rather caused the opposite effect and forced the entire American machine of the "deep state" to work to eliminate the alien element in the form of Trump.
Judging by the state of the art, they succeeded perfectly well, albeit at the cost of some expenses.
There are ends that justify the means - this is the philosophy of our main geopolitical opponent.
It is also noteworthy that there are no questions about the plans of the Americans with regard to our country: the Americans are good because they are extremely frank on some issues.
Their politicians regularly say that Russia is America's number one enemy.
And the enemy at all times was treated the same - if he does not surrender, then he is destroyed.
It was not Maxim Gorky who invented this - it has been so since prehistoric times, and now nothing has changed, except that the means of destruction have become more sophisticated and massive.
In addition, Americans, absolutely not ashamed of anyone, publish extremely entertaining things in the public space.
One of the main American think tanks for strategic development for the US government, the armed forces, etc. - the Rand Corporation - published a very entertaining report a few years ago on how to overextend Russia: Extending Russia.

Considering that by the current moment we clearly see that the Americans are playing out their plans like clockwork, without even changing points, it can be assumed that they will implement their further strategy with the same zeal.
What has already happened from what was indicated by American experts in this report?
Ukraine, Syria, Belarus, Central Asia, Karabakh are a belt of tension around Russia, which, according to the plans described by the Rand Corporation experts, had to be intensified and unleashed there conflicts.
As recently as 2020, we witnessed the rapid development of events according to the indicated scenario.
Moreover, if Ukraine and Syria demanded more time, then things went on at a completely different pace.
What are our American "partners" planning to do next?
Reduce the internal legitimacy of the authorities by conducting an information campaign to expose corruption, including in elections.
This happens regularly, and as the elections to the State Duma approach, the stuffing will only intensify.
Strive to reduce the perception that power serves the interests of society.
This is again a variety of supposedly anti-corruption investigations.
The main task is to convince people that their standard of living is allegedly declining not because of sanctions and global economic problems, but only and exclusively because of corruption.
The next point is encouraging protests and other non-violent resistance.
Well, everything is clear here - this has been happening for a long time, and we saw how all those who defended the people's sacred right to protests after the events in Washington changed their shoes in flight.
All over the world - worthy citizens, outraged by the arbitrariness and falsifications, and only in the United States - "internal terrorists".
Thank you, we remember.
But there is no doubt that any protests against "falsifications" and "violations" in Russia will be supported by the United States and its satellites.
The next measure is to undermine Russia's international authority.
This has also been done for a long time, and nothing indicates that the United States will suddenly begin to treat us with respect.
So, as we can see, the enemy does not sleep.
Moreover, his plans are well known.
It is high time not to react, but to play the first number in this big game.
And we still have every chance of winning.
If, of course, we draw the right conclusions in time and then take the right steps.
