"We are in a health crisis, but it was not a real estate crisis," he reassures.

At the time of the second confinement, the profession however saw its field of action limited by health measures.

"We had the right to go and estimate the apartments, but not to sell them", specifies the real estate agent.

And it is for this reason that Stéphane Plaza has decided to stop his broadcasts for M6.

"If I do not have the right to sell in real life, I will not do a shoot to sell. I want to respect this profession which I adore", he justifies.

It must also be said that the host had to undergo anti-Covid-19 tests very regularly in order to be able to shoot.

Which was becoming tiring.

"I have done more than 50 tests between blood tests, PCR tests and antigen tests," he adds.

This forced break does not however mark the end of his fruitful collaboration with the channel.

The 3-year contract that united them ended in July 2020. But Stéphane Plaza has just signed a new one with M6.

"I have stacked up for three years," he reveals.

The real estate agent will therefore be on the air on M6 until, at least, July 2023.
