After the outbreak of this local epidemic in Hebei, on January 7, Hebei Chest Hospital, a designated treatment hospital, began to receive patients diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia.

Currently, the hospital produces about 2 tons of epidemic-related garbage every day.

In order to ensure waste transfer and timely disinfection in the hospital area, the hospital temporarily transferred more than 20 staff from various departments such as medical technology, logistics and administrative agencies to act as the "sanitation workers" of the hospital.
