1. Strictly control key areas.
The Ronghui community, Tiangongyuan community, Tiangongyuanxili community, Tiangongyuanzhongli community, and Tiangongyuannanli community in Tiangongyuan Street implement strict closed control. All members of this community observe at home and do not leave the house.
Except for the closed controlled communities, other communities in Tiangongyuan Street shall implement strict closed management, with valid entry and exit certificates, and non-residents of the community are not allowed to enter.
All public places within the jurisdiction of Tiangongyuan Street will be closed.
2. Strengthen village community management and control.
In principle, each village community only retains 1-2 entrances and exits, and strictly implements staff on duty 24 hours a day, and implements verification, scan code, temperature measurement, and registration control measures for entry and exit personnel.
3. Carry out nucleic acid testing and symptom screening for all employees, and those with symptoms must report to the community village as soon as possible and seek medical treatment in time.
4. In principle, all personnel in the district are prohibited from leaving Beijing. If they need to leave Beijing, they must hold a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 3 days according to the principle of “whoever approves and is responsible”.
5. All off-campus training institutions in the whole district will be closed down, and all primary, secondary, and kindergarten students will study and live at home.
All kinds of stores, commercial buildings, hotels, cinemas, fitness venues and other public places within the jurisdiction of Tiangongyuan Street shall strictly implement measures such as temperature testing, ventilation and disinfection, and health and green code inspections, and strictly limit the flow to 50%.
