Telework: a smart bracelet that informs your manager about your psychological state

A recently designed silicone bracelet will allow the employer to monitor your psychological state during periods of remote work, according to a report published on the BBC website.

A device that connects to a mobile app and website has two buttons, one yellow and the other blue.

The idea is to press the yellow button if you feel happy and the blue button if you are sad.

The idea targets companies that want to monitor the psychological state of their employees who work from home.

Employees are encouraged to wear the bracelet (they may refuse to do so) and press the button that expresses their psychological state over a weekday.

Managers can then look at the online list of data to gain insight into the employees ’psychological state and resilience.

In light of the inability of managers to communicate with their teams directly and face to face, MODPIM hopes to close this gap.
