On January 18th, Lu Yanzhuo displayed his sculptures of "Elegant Collection of Tang Poems", "Elegant Collection of Song Ci" and "Elegant Collection of Yuan Songs" in his studio in the southern suburbs of Xi'an. Each sculpture surface of the work is about 4 square centimeters and more than 600 Chinese characters are carved.
Lu Yanzhuo started to learn carving at the age of 16. He has practiced micro-carving skills in 15 years. Now he can carve small characters that are difficult to see with the naked eye on cow hair and pig bristles, and the handwriting is neat and tidy.
