Since January 8, employees of the newspaper "L'Equipe" have been on strike against the social plan that the management wants to put in place.

The sports daily no longer appears.

But the situation could be about to be resolved.

The management of the newspaper will indeed make new proposals to employees Monday afternoon.

Management must make new proposals to employees this afternoon, with the aim of ending the strike that has paralyzed the sports newspaper for 10 days.

The social plan, the trigger for employee protests, could be withdrawn in favor of a collective performance agreement.

A strike supported by sports champions

This is already what was proposed last June.

But the sacrifices required of employees could this time be less.

For their part, the unions demanded that the social plan be replaced by a voluntary departure plan, and that the conditions for these departures be improved.

These potential advances come as 200 athletes have expressed their daily support this weekend.

Among them, big names such as Tony Parker, Florent Manaudou, Kevin Mayer or even Marie-José Perec.

They all signed an open letter, in which they express their attachment to
