"Kandara Juice" is a local dish that is popular in the Shonai region, where "mottled" from the Sea of ​​Japan from January to February is used thoroughly from the head to the internal organs and simmered in miso.



In the shopping district in the center of Tsuruoka City, an event to sell "Kandara Juice" is held every year as an annual winter event, but as a countermeasure against the infection of the new virus, admission is restricted to prevent crowding of visitors. Visitors had to measure and disinfect the temperature at the reception, fill in their address and contact information, and then line up in front of the tent for sale to buy hot "cold dala juice".



In addition, at the venue, the number of visitors was limited to about 600 every 30 minutes, and all food and drinks were sold as take-out.



A woman in her twenties in Tsuruoka said, "Because I take it home, I can eat it with confidence while paying attention to hygiene. I want to eat cold dala juice and warm up quickly."
