Jerry John Rawlings is one of those rare African heads of state who marked the intellectuals of his generation through his militant commitment, his Pan-Africanism, his political courage, but also by his style.

And the economic results he got.

Eleven years at the helm of Ghana were enough for him to restore credibility at the international level.

The former Ghanaian president passed away on November 12, 2020.
