According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, from January 15th to 17th, there will be a cold wave from west to east affecting most of China, including the western and southern parts of southern Xinjiang, the central and eastern parts of the northwest, the central and western parts of Inner Mongolia, and Most of the central and eastern regions have winds of 4 to 6 and gusts of 7 to 8, and the daily average or minimum temperature drops by 6 to 10°C.

Snow falls in the central and southern parts of the Northeast, and there is a strong cooling in the northwest

  From 08:00 yesterday to 06:00 today, light to moderate snow occurred in northern Xinjiang, central and southeastern Inner Mongolia, southern Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning. Locally heavy snow (5-6 mm) in Liaoyuan, Jilin and Tieling, Liaoning; central and western Inner Mongolia, Floating sand or floating dust occurred in parts of northern Gansu, eastern Ningxia, and Shanxi.

  Affected by the cold wave, at 05:00 today, compared with yesterday at 05:00, a temperature drop of 6-10°C occurred in northern Xinjiang, central and western Inner Mongolia, central Gansu, and Ningxia, and a local temperature drop of 12-18°C in northern Xinjiang, and a grade 6-8 in the above areas Gust, local level 9-10.

Stronger cold air continues to affect most areas of my country

  From January 15th to 17th, there will be cold wave weather affecting most of China from west to east. There will be 4-6 winds and gusts in the western and southern parts of Xinjiang, the central and eastern parts of the northwest, the central and western parts of Inner Mongolia, and most of the central and eastern parts. Level 7 to 8, the daily average or minimum temperature dropped by 6 to 10°C. Among them, the temperature dropped by 10 to 12°C in western Xinjiang, central and southern Shanxi, eastern Northeast China, eastern Yunnan, most of Guizhou, and southwestern Jiangnan. The ground can reach above 12℃.

The cold wave has a large drop in temperature, but the temperature in most areas will be higher than the cold wave from January 6 to 8.

After the cold wave, the 0°C line of the lowest temperature will press south from southern Jiangnan to northern South China, and the -10°C line is located on the line from central Hebei to southwest Shanxi to central Shaanxi.

Strong winds in the eastern and southern seas

Among them, southeastern Heilongjiang , Eastern Jilin, and parts of northeastern Liaoning have heavy snow and local blizzards (10-12 mm); parts of Sichuan Basin, northeastern Yunnan, western and northern Guizhou have light rain or showers.

In parts of the eastern and southern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, western and northern North China, southern Northeast China, Huanghuai, eastern Jianghuai, Jianghan, and northern Jiangnan, there are winds of force 4 to 7 and gusts of up to 8.
