It is by these two adjectives that Jean Castex defined, Thursday, the health situation in the country.
He also expressed the “concern” of the government in the face of the “deep feeling of isolation, but also the real educational difficulties” of the students.
The Prime Minister met, by videoconference, the actors of the university world "to specify the conditions and the modalities of the evolutions of a progressive face-to-face return".
