  Pan Xuhong pointed out that the Beijing police always put the people's life safety and health first, regards epidemic prevention and control as the most important task and the most urgent task, and severely punishes various crimes related to the epidemic in accordance with the law.

Based on the characteristics of recent crimes involving epidemics, the following three types of cases will be notified:

  The first category is to refuse to cooperate with the flow adjustment work and hinder the prevention and control of infectious diseases.

  Recently, a confirmed case in Shunyi District, Wang Moubao (male, 51 years old), had symptoms of dry throat, sore throat, and headache since January 2. He went to a "black clinic" in Yingzhen, Gaoli, for infusion treatment for three consecutive days.

After his condition worsened, he went to the Tsinghua Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Changping District on January 8. When the medical staff inquired, the person repeatedly concealed his activities in the middle-risk area.

On January 9, the disease control department deliberately concealed personal itineraries during the circulation, which seriously affected the circulation work.

According to the "Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Law", on January 11, the Shunyi Public Security Bureau filed a case against Wang Moubao for the crime of obstructing the prevention and control of infectious diseases.

  At the same time, after investigation by the police and the health department, Li Mouhong (male, 47 years old), who gave Wang Moubao an infusion, recruited patients through word-of-mouth communication from the same town without obtaining a doctor’s qualification, and engaged in illegal diagnosis and treatment. activity.

When receiving patients with cough, fever, etc., he diagnosed and prescribed medicine without authorization, which delayed the patient's treatment time. More seriously, he failed to report the fever of the patient as required, and delayed the prevention and control time.

On January 12, Li Mouhong was investigated by the Shunyi Public Security Bureau on suspicion of illegal medical practice.

After investigation, Gu Moudong (male, 40 years old), seeking stimulus, altered his personal nucleic acid test result notification text message to positive and sent it to the WeChat group, causing panic.

Later Gu Moudong was administratively detained by the Shunyi Public Security Bureau according to law.

  On January 13, a netizen posted a message in the WeChat group that an employee of a housing agency store had a positive nucleic acid test, prompting the masses to inquire for confirmation.

After checking with the disease control department, this is false news.

After work, the police seized Shi Moujuan (female, 23 years old) and Liu Mouxiu (female, 26 years old) who fabricated and spread the rumor.

The latter two were criminally detained by Dongcheng Public Security Bureau according to law.
