  [Explanation] Qin Changbin, who graduated from the clinical department of Xinjiang Medical University (then Xinjiang Medical University) in 1995, was assigned to work at Shaya County People’s Hospital. Two years later, he voluntarily resigned and returned to the village to open a clinic.
