According to reports, the driver You Mou (male, 30 years old, from Yuechi, Sichuan Province) drove a truck carrying rubble to the vicinity of No. 108 Mulan Road and the rubble was dumped.
The accident caused damage to two other vehicles, 2 people were killed, 3 people were seriously injured, and many people were slightly injured.
At present, the wounded have been sent to doctors for treatment and no life is in danger.
