Donald Trump becomes the first US president to face a second impeachment proceeding during a single term.

The House of Representatives voted for his indictment yesterday, a week before the end of his mandate, which ends in a climate of extreme tension.

The only certainty for now: it will take place after Joe Biden takes office on January 20.
