For me, it was going to bed earlier.

You might have been doing more sports, quitting smoking, meditating every day, finally making a dentist appointment, reading more, spending less time on your phone, finishing the 2015 photo album and possibly update.

Every year, it's the same catchphrase.

We start the year with more or less attainable goals and a week later, nothing remains of our good resolutions.

I lasted two days.

Time to come back from vacation and find my sofa and Netflix.
